Dash lights not working

Dash lights not working
i have a 93 civic lax that I been helping my sister restore and we replaced the dash bulbs with led. I have head lights parking brake and tail lights but the dash lights are on when the light switch is off and when I turn my parking or headlights on they turn off. Please help!!!
