If you have one amp for ur sub, and 1 amp for ur components you need 2 sep rcas. As for power wires u can use a dblock, but u will need a 4 channel rca to connect yo your front and rear outputs on ur hu.

if his headunit doesnt have 3 sets of pre-outs for rca's but his 4ch has an output he can just run like a 3ft rca from his 4ch to to his sub amp to save time and money he just wont have independent sub control

well are you talking about the RCA cables or the power/ground wires?

if the RCAs those should be fine using the output on one of the amps going to the other.. or just some Y adaptors will also work....

BUT the power/ground wire is a whole different story!
the wire needs to be large enough for the voltage its pullen thru... same as ground wire...

but since i dont know what size wires you already have ran and whats the RMS ratting on the two amplifiers combined... i cannt tell ya...
