like they rattle when i turn my radio up pass 30/60. (lol, i wouldn't dare going all the way up either haha)

well thanks for the correction on the sub amp specs. but honestly, i don't even give the kenwood that much credit. and obviously, the amp can't do what it says. everyone should know rms is the stat you look for... i've been in the game a little longer than that. but i was just saying that if the jbl sounds good in a ported box and actually sounds good, i'd like to build it and see. I know jbl subs sound great in sealed boxes. then again, i'd never run a kenwood amp on any sub unless it's the old-school series like the 827 and 927 amps. kenwood these days in my eyes are junk. but i'm not here to knock what people have. if it sounds good, then go with it!

haha, i understand sentis. but me being 18 n all, i think for 200$ was a good deal. and the way it sounds is perfect, only thing i need to make it even better is new speakers.

hey bro... i understand. i was 18 once too. if it works for you, who's anyone to say otherwise! and if you're looking for some cheap and decent interiors, listen to the apline type s. they sound good on normal stereos and even better amplified. i've also used polk mm which were nice.

Yep, 200 was a good deal. Unless you're really into car audio, there's no need to go out and spend thousands on a system lol.

that was my last system. i had a 95' corolla with $8k+ worth of audio in it! talk abot a head turner.... but basically pointless. that was my one big system!
