I'm about to upgrade all of my speakers in the civic. Maybe all JL or alpine.
Before I go do my shopping I wanna know what you guys replaced your factory tweeters with.

 

Hey i got in my car 4 O2(Oxygen Audio) 6" midrange speakers with a Kicker ZX350.4 Amplifier. THOSE ARE GREAT MIDRANGE SPEAKERS AND WILL GIVE YOU ALOT OF VOICE!! but just got to put a great amplifier like i did to it because my cousin got the same thing but with a cheap amplifier and doesnt sound as loud.

P.S. i cant even put them all the way cause my ears start to hurt....i suggest Oxygen audio!

What about the factory Tweeters in the EK's? Did you replace those too? Would a 1" fit right in there?

 

i put some audio bahn componetns up front that came with tweeters then just wired the stock tweeteres back to the normal radio output. Works pretty well, there not to loud but they help fill the front stage up a tad bit.

I would suggest a pair of component splits that way you get the nice crossover and they tend to sound really nice.

 

I love my Infiniti Kappas...6 1/2" components in front 6 1/2" coaxial in the rear.
