Default want to keep stock deck and use wave files?

I have a 98 civic sedan with stock tape/radio deck and speakers. I also own almost 40 gig of songs, but they are wave files, which means they open easily with Windows media player. What approach should I take to listen to these songs in my car? Do I need to convert them all to MP3? Is there a deck available to load songs from my home computer? Is there an option so I don't have to eliminate my stock deck?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
