I am not sure if this is where to ask the question but I am new to this fourm and I have a 89 honda civc hatchback dx with 42,000 oringinal miles and I am having trouble with the igintion. Heres my problem this only started a couple days ago but when i turn the key it starts but when i let go of the key it dies i replaced the igintion cylinder but i guess that wasnt the problem. Any help would be great

mayb you have the magic touch.. dont let go..lol.. umm.. did you ever had a aftermarket tach in the car.. may a loose wires hanging around and the ignition power line is touching a ground... recheck your work.. dont make it seem like its a big problem.. things like that assume it a very small problem.. dont jump to far... recheck your work if you put in the ignition yourself..
