Default Running rough!!!

Let's see if anyone has any suggestions. I have a 91 crx with an LS swap and when I start my car it will run fine for a few minutes then sometimes run real rough then almost die, then it will rev up a couple hundred on it's own and be fine until the next day. It will also run rough while driving sometime during the first 10 minutes or so of drivng then be fine. Any ideas will be much appreciated.

did you check your distributor sometimes the bearings go bad and it causes weird problems. Is your check engine light on? Also check your coolant temp. sensor it is used to calibrate fuel mixture and it my be causing your problem. One other thing you should check is your idle air control valve I've had it cause alot of surging problems on a couple of my hondas
