I've got a '96 HX Coupe, and want to do a swap. I don't want to jump into it though. I have two engines in mind, but I wanted details. I know that both of these are drastically bigger than my stock D15. That is the problem I'm having. I don't want to mess with my engine compartment (i.e. cutting stuff to make room for the new engine unless I have to) I have nothing to compare the size of the K20 to such as the B18 or even H22??? Is it something that can be a straight drop in (with some "minor" work) or is it something like I heard of other swappers having to enlarge their engine bay. I guess if all else fails, I can go with the B18 (plenty of people have done that) but I just wanted to mix it up a little...that and put a powerhouse with potential in my car! I'll leave this open so anyone can jump in and add their two cents. Trust me, whatever you guys have got is welcome!!! p.s. sorry for the long *ss post!
