Default ANOTHER BIG QUESTION

I jusr recently bought a 94' D16Z6 and i am putting some new OEM parts on it like T-belt, water pump, idler pulleys, tensioners, i/m gasket, e/m gasket. And all of this has to go into a 97' Civic EX. I Need To Know!!! What do i have to do. I am using my Intake Manifold, My alternator, my dizzy, and everything else. But i have heard that the 97' Civic's have a crank position sensor and 94' SOHC VTEC's don't. If this is true, how do i bypass this. I need to know so any Honda boys out there that know your stuff this is where i need you guys the most.

Both engines have a crankshaft position sensor. If you are in the United States, i do not think you can go back to OBD I from an OBD II engine. Also, there is a website that sells wiring harnesses but i'm not sure what the website is.
