Default B16a

Ok... so i bet this has been done... and i imagine its been posted on but, I have a 1992 Sedan EX, and im thinking about getting myself a JDM B16A for it, now do you guys think that this may be a worth wile swap, take into mind that before i put the engine in, i plan on re-building it on the bench (i heard today they come in 1.8L? did not know this, if NOT i plan on Boring it out from the 1.6L, putting new pistons in, new cams, getting a port polish done, basically i want to make the engine as volumetrically efficient as possible) Im hopeing to get as much out of the engine in a naturally aspirated situation as possible... would be extreamly happy with 250 Brake HP.. so... tell me what you guys think, this is for a daily driven civic, that will hopefully go like hell

The B16 is a torqueless pile of poo.

If you're gonna spend that kind of money on a swap, you might as well get a JDM-spec B18C (or B18C1) and leave the bore alone. Way better for N/A too.

Ok, but do you know how the swap will go over? or will it be a drop in like the B16? this is my main concern, i have heard that some of the swaps require you to re-wire your whole harness..
