How to tune b16a to 10000 rmp safely ?

RPM - ruins people motors. if you have the money to build it thats not enough, cause your going to have to rebuild it when it breaks

You'll need everything Sacs listed to reach 10k rpm with any shred of reliability. You'll also want a fluidamper harmonic damper. You might also want to make the oil system more efficient by radiusing the block's oil passages, and use of a modified Type-R oil pump. Check out Endyn @ www.theoldone.com for some info on those items. Don't forget a custom header and exhaust system also. You'll need them to make power that high. Try maybe SMSP or RMF for that.
Don't neglect the drive train and wheels also. The lighter you can get everything the better the output you'll have at those rpms.
