It could snap your toothpick rods. Which is pretty bad.

Well I guess I will either save the money for the h22a swap or just be happy with what I have.

Here's the best answer yet. You want to replace your current motor anyway... you plan on having a shop do the swap for you, so you intend on being without a car for a few days to a week anyway during this time. NOS run a 50-60 shot thru your D in the mean time, if ran correctly could be as potent if not more potent as a turbo setup on your current rig. Its BY FAR the cheapest power, and if something goes wrong do your swap like you inteded. That engine is basically worthless anyway why not have a blast with it now for cheap while you wait for it to pop for a good reason for the swap. You could run a 50 shot of dry nos all day and probably not pop your motor if its had ruitine oil changes and still has good compression.... 300$ and you could be at close to 170hp and walk all over the integra GSR guys and do damn well depending on the driver with the prelude H22 boys.

I've had a 50 shot in my D15 that has no vtec, and 20hp less than yours when stock now for almost 6 months, I've ran probably 5, 10lb bottles thru it and still runs like it did before NOS. It is a MAJOR kick in the pants hella fun, and I got the system used for 170$ and fill my bottle about every 2 weeks for 37.50$. My roomate has a 2001 prelude non-SH with 60k miles and we are neck-n-neck all the way to 90mph, then his torque gets me... but come on I started with 102hp he's at 220hp crank numbers.... his car 13,000$ > mine $1,200 + 170$ + 37.50 and I have the 4 door, who got the better deal. Oh and I have NO MODS. stock air box, stock header, stock RUSTED exhaust with leaks, and I squeal tires thru 2nd.

I planned on a swap too, so I figured I'd beat the hell out of the D series until it popped for a better reason to take out a perfect running engine... and its the energizer bunny I swear, keeps going, and going...

my .02 cents.

you could rebuild the y8 with stock everything for a grand and boost it for like 2.5k more to at least 220whp no problem with a good tune

Well I have a little info for you, first you may need mounts for swaping another engine in there. Second the H22a has 220hp stock. Look it up here man.
