so i should put a 1.6 vtec head on my 1.5?and the block says d15b what does that mean?and when the timing belt breaks does that automaticly mean that it needs a new head?

anyone need help asap and how much power will it be notics if i put the 1.6 y8 head on my d15b block?

D-engine series
15-displacementx10. in otherwords. a D15 is 1.5L, an H22 is 2.2L...so on and so forth
B-engine variation (d15b, d15a, ect)

some engines have a number after the second letter, IE B18C1, D16Z6, the last number is a slight tweak in the design, but its more or less the same. its mostly in the headwork.
