Default timing marks on skunk2 cam gears..

what the hell do all the marks mean. i thought i had my b16b timed right but i guess not since i have fuel vapor comming out of the intake. (not cool at all) on each cam gear there is a dimple in one of the teeth, then 90 degrees from that is a little white mark with a circle, then 180 degrees from that is another one. im so effin confused and i just want to get the motor going. i guess i should have got it running first, then put all the parts on. guess ill learn next time. also, a write up on how to time would be nice. so i can make sure im doing it right
