Default VSS CODE

im doing the b16a2 swap and its almost complete, all i need now is to get the VSS Code to work. the vtec is not kicking in because of this code, what can i do?

Is your engine OBDI or OBDII? Either way, what is the code that you have? The VSS is the vehicle speed sensor and tells the PCM what the speed of the car is (mph). I thought that VTEC engagement was determined by engine RPM, not vehicle speed.
