Question Key hole near gas release???

Is this some sort of fuel economy and racing switch. I have experimented, but don't know that there is any difference. Can you race with it in either position? Also, a unknown toggle switch under my dash, sorry to go off subject, whats that for?

It locks the trunk release so no one can get into your trunk without a key. It's a pretty standard feature... nothing magical about it.

You can race with the trunk lock in either position.

A toggle switch under the dash is not stock. A lot of people add them to turn off the fuel pump, making the car harder to steal by someone just busting the ignition and driving it off. Unless the thief knows to turn the switch on, the car won't start.
