What do you guys think of this? I went to the junkyard and I found a white ex model that I might be able to buy for like 3 to 4 hundred dollars. The body look solid, needs a hood, radiator and most likely some other random parts. It only has damages on the passenger side doors, some rust around the wheel curves and the windshield is cracked. I don't know if the motor is running but, its there along with transmission. I wished I took some pics.

Do you guys its a good idea to do this? I would basically replace any parts from my current car to it, like door panels, fenders, hood, windshield, radiator, rims, tires, etc. And I would try to do it all by myself, maybe even under all this freaking rain. Yes, I don't have a garage which sucks.

If your current car runs and is the same model, I would put the time/effort/money into that one instead.

My fan isn't coming on again.

Edit: correction, my fan do come on after the car is already hot. Never mind since I haven't done the other work in the car like the head gasket, timing belt and water pump.

Yeah and I also bought a stainless steel header. Now I am debating what catalytic converter to get to go with the header. I need to buy a hose that go from the engine to the thermostat and I think the thermostat need changing too. That hose blew a hole the other day while driving the car suddenly got very hot and all my coolant leaked out.

I think this heating problem may have been the cause all along why the car struggles so much going uphill.
