Auto robs 30% Both are "Give or take"

i had a 92 honda civ. dx, and it robbed power, but(for what remmy was sayin, i was shiften it at over 4grand, when i would race it, like a manual) it actually ****s naice and smooth at that high of rpm...lol

i have a 98 ex and if i punch it, it shifts around 6800

Well, the auto sort of robs power... and doesnt let you shift over 4 rpm (correct me if Im wrong) so your car doesnt see the potential full power.

My auto ex will shift over 4000 rpm's if I hit the gas hard.
