hey guys i got my b16a powered ef back today and it pulled great i was so happy but i was in 5the gear driving normal i pushed on the gas alittle bit harder to give it more gas and all of a sudden the car just shuts off so i push the clutch down and try to start it agian all it did was turned over i checked all the fuses and there fine i have no idea what it is so so if anyone knows plz help thanks

 

have you checked the main relay in your car? the battery? distributor?

 

the battery is fine i have power through the cd player and everything else the dizzy is brand new i didnt not check the main relay man but thanks the people i had work on it came and got it. my buddy said it might be the fuel pump becasuehe said the same thing happened to him on his evo but i dont know what going on with it was pulling hard one minute and them i push on the gas it all shuts off i put in nutreal and tried to start it nothing just cranks over but thanks man for the advice ill keep u posted

 

well i took the b16a back to the mechanic he told me the timing belt jump and he said he did a compression test and it didnt have any so you know wha that mean bent valves this suxs so bad well iam taking it back to the house to tear it apart and replace them. the people i took it to sux they are no good so iam taking to my good friens kevin ross he know alott about honda and has a very good business well thanks for helping me out
