some of you may have saw them, those huge *** 19's with rubberbands for tires. hit a bad pothole today and that was all she wrote. i know the tire is ruined but i don't think the rim is. even had to drive it home cos the tow truck never came.

i decided i'm over big rims within 2 weeks or so. how much does si rims usually run? about in the 400 range including tires? i think i'ma switch back to stock rims.

 

damn 19" on a civic. that is HUGE! at least your thinking of switching them out now. si rims runs about 350-400 maybe a little more or less if your lucky. or you can buy new aftermarket rims just get something that is 15" or 16"

 

what? that sure is reDONKulous! lol but yeah screw this. i had a buddy with some 18's who just busted his he told me i shouldn't have got rims. is there a price to pay for looking good? well i guess so.

 

It doesn't look good though, they are too big. There's only one price to pay for the wheels to look good and that's the price tag on the wheels and tires. Buy something at least semi-practical and you won't have a problem. Go with 15" or 16".

 

I personally love the HX or VX rims. Get a custom powdercoat and chromed lip. Super sexxxyyy.

And my god, your tires were HUGE! And where'd your hood go? =P

 

Civics are not donks.. you wanna ride big rims, get old school for sure.. lift it up ridin some big rims and your good to go.. civics r ment for droppin haha. sell ur rims and spend that money on a nice set of HX's or rotas

 

haha it had hx rims on it... they were flat black murdered out and i traded em for those. i thought i wanted some big rims but it's already proven to be to big of a hassle.

 

Go for the Si rims or LS Mesh. They're 15x6, pretty clean. Put 205/50/15 tires on them and you've got a nice smooth ride.

 

i was looking at those i don't really like em to much idk just something about em i don't like.
