Like any other criminal charge, you are presumed innocent. Though it is merely a speeding ticket, you still have the same rights that someone charged with capital murder does. You don't declare yourself to be innocent other than by pleading "not guilty." What you need to dois prepare a case that willrebut and/or discredit the evidence that the state will bring to tryto prove you are guilty. Or, considering the typical nature of traffic court, be nice to the judge and hope for some leniency.

 

i plan on handling the entire ordeal through mail. i heard it has a higher success rate.

 

my sister got ticketed twice for speeding, she fought it both times, and had the court date scheduled around lunch time. both times the cop didnt show and both times she walked away scotch free.

i got a ticket for 106 in a 55 got reckless driving and speeding tickets(i got cort tomarow). and to top it off 2 weeks later i was driving my stepdads 69 396 rs ss camaro, cherped the tires going into 2nd cop pulled me over gave me a ticket for doing a burnout total bull****[:@]
