i need help would it be better to get a short ram intake better than a cold air intake. i have a ef with a jdm b16a and i want a cold air intake but from what i heard they will suck water up my car sits low so i dont want this to happen.another question even if i do buy the cold air cant i use it as a short ram. i need some opinions thanks
