Default A knocking noise

I have a 97 civic hx. When i travel on the highway ( about 60 miles per hour) i have no problem, car goes without problem. But when it comes to 65 or 70 miles per hour, a knocking sound is coming from the right front wheel, and i can feel it from the steering wheel, and car shakes. I know it is not the strut, and this problem started after i change the front brakes. Is there any one who knows what might be the problem? Thank You.

I know this sounds a little retarded. But check the lug nuts??? Thats happend to me before a lug nut didnt screw down right and the rest vibrated out enoguh to match it and once i got up to good speed hardcore shakes went on.
