You need a test light with a sharp point to probe the small test tabs. A $20 digital multimeter would be even better.

20 bux?? ill use it and return it haha.. or c if my uncle has one.. cant i just look at the fuse to see if its blew?

Just buy one and keep it. Uses for them come up randomly, it's a great tool to just have.

if you can somehow rig the test light in your picture to contact the test tabs, it will work.

i can make a paperclip thing.. bend it out so that the prongs are holding the paper clip and touch the paper clip to the test spot on the fuse.. shouldnt the electricity flow thru the paper clip into the clamp and then light the bulp??

hell its worth a try lol.. what would i do? just turn the car on and touch the clips to the metal on the fuse?

The test is done with the key off and the light switch turned to parking lights. Touch one test probe to one metal test tab and the other probe to a clean metal area of the under dash frame. The test light should illuminate for each test tab.
