Yea mine has a nasty buzzing to it at about 3000 rpm. then gone at about 4600-4800.

hum.... maybe it will go away.
i had a buzzing noise at 3K rpms when i put on my twinloop muffler.... after afew weeks it went away.

I've never had a rattle but it vibrates a tiny tiny bit like any shifter does when in gear.
