I'm looking at doing the following

New headers- catback maybe a high flow cat.~ it' very important that my car doesn't sound loud, or like a rock bouching around a tin can!. I would like to keep it as low as possible.
Intake manifold
RAI
-possibly some fuel manigment, but i know very little about this.
I'm also looking to stiffen up my sway. So some great springs and struts would be nice. I want to lower, but only about an inch. Nothing that would mess up my camber.

What do you think my little Vtec can get to with just some simple opening up.
and what do we think my automatic trans can handle.
I've already have some strut tower bars, and it's great. High speed turn like freeway on ramps i have very little lean.

wow sounds good, lots of plans...i would go for the suspestion and wheels first, then the intake/header/exhust

 

headers and quiet dont mix.

i dont think thats enough plans for fuel mannagement.

lowering an inch might be tricky
