I used to have so much fun wheeling in my Suzuki Sidekick. The suspension was completely stock and the tires were stock size but fairly meaty tread and I could go all kinds of places with that thing! The low range 4wd was amazing and all the drivetrain components were tucked neatly up above the frame rails, including the transfer case. Nothing hung down below the rails more than an inch or two aside from the rear axle/diff of course. I just cant believe how the transfer case hangs down almost as low as the rear diff on some other trucks I've seen. Only thing it didn't do well was mud, since it had such small narrow tires. I got it buried up to the floorboards one time, that sucked! I always wanted to put some swampers and the Calmini lift kit on it and see what it could do with some tires and more flex.

Hey Jake, how much of a difference does your i/h/e make with the y7? I've been toying with the idea of i/h/e for my '97 DX but I'm still not sure if its worth it with that engine.

i've got the H/E part on my Y7 and i'm satisfied with it. the midrange power is great for merging into traffic and great for passing. the engine, like all hondas, doesn't really wake up until after 3k but mine pulls very aggresively, especially for an auto.

ive beaten a cocky kid in Jetta, the 1.8 turbo. A Dodge caravan, haha me and my buddy were just messing. A VW golf 2.0. And just the other day a 95 acura integra.
It is kinda funny because all of them were pushing more horsepower, but half of them didn't know how to shift good, and my car is a good ton less then theirs.
