Yea I know that nitrous is a big risk too but I think that with a 50 direct port shot from ZEX, 2* ignition retard, and colder spark plugs I will be fine. I also need to do a compression test before I buy anything to see if I can do this or not.

ya, its all prefrence. i just prefer to have the power there at all times not just when i push a button.

Yea but I don't want to mess with installing bigger injectors, always having to buy premium pump gas, and more importantly, I am 17 years old so I think that me having the power all the time is going to get me hurt.

i have boosted d16 did it a 100k car now at 132k on 9psi but i have tune and safc and other things as far a nos i had a b16 in my ek hatch and running a 50 shot and got a even run with my buddy turbo d16 and it get pricey when u use it alot boost is free no refill

does that aem V2 really make that much of a diff compared to all the other intakes since i see quite a few ppl have them???

Yes, but a big difference is relative. With intakes, the 3 extra hp it prob makes is a pretty big difference. lol. Without a doubt it is better than the normal sri and cai. But it is comparable with like the whale *****, comptech and stuff like that. I think comptech has the best one though. But i hear from drbyers they went out of business, so good luck with that one. But i have the V2 and absolutely LOVE it.

yea comptech is gone. plus they dont make a CAI with ice box for regualr civics, only Si's. and if they do, they are impossible to find. comptech was such a great company, it sucks they went out of business

These are things that I would be doing no matter what type of F/I I was running. Honestly, your ringlands are in just as much danger on that 50 shot as they are when you're putting down 200+ whp under boost. Just a heads up, you might want to read in a little deeper.

Yea but why would I need bigger injectors with a direct shot because whether I am spraying or not the injectors aren't going to try and add more fuel than normal. All the extra gas it needs comes through the nozzle with the nitrous.
