Grommets, spark plug seals, valve cover gasket...basically what he said^
o2 sensor harness was put in last night! First time I have had a working o2 sensor in the car for the past 2 months. Kinda just strung it around and over the trans. It'll eventually be "tucked" away when it gets warmer out. Bring on the better gas mileage! haha
Off to Pepboys to pick up a seal puller (rear main), new headlight bulb, and brakleen!
Been thinking I am going to pull the trigger on some HIDs (bi-xenon H4's, 5000k 35w, ddmtuning.com). Fully digital with a lifetime warranty for $65 shipped isn't bad. Tempting!

^^ I didn't want to risk scratching the crankshaft. With the seal puller, it honestly took like 1 minute to get out.
Clutch/flywheel, OEM T-stat, and rear main seal is in! Going for a test ride in about 15 minutes. Praying for no oil leaks!

No biggie.
There is a little too much free-play in the clutch, and my buddy and I are thinking it is the master cylinder, so that will be the next thing to be replaced.
I am in the process of re-learning how to drive the drive the car LOL! Stalled twice last night trying to get the car moving in 1st and shifting is a bit jerky. First time ever driving a car with a brand new clutch/lightweight flywheel, so I didn't think I did that bad.
There is a little too much free-play in the clutch, and my buddy and I are thinking it is the master cylinder, so that will be the next thing to be replaced.

8lb chromoly flywheel, Competition stage 2 Clutch/pressure plate.
Once I learn where it engages etc, I have no doubt that the car will be a blast to drive. My buddy and I were cracking up every time I stalled it. I r such a noobz.

New clutches feel great. But then again, your a nOOb! lol. I can't wait to get my new trans and clutch in. Did you buy an OEM 02 sensor or just a parts stores? I need one but I keep hearing the auto store ones go bad in no time.
The o2 sensor I have installed is one of the two that originally came with the car when I bought it. I would assume that it is OEM as the previous owner had a hook-up at the local Honda dealership, so all the work was done there.
Well, while replacing the VC gasket, grommets, spark plug tube seals, and re-lashing the valves, I noticed that the retainer spring on the exhaust rocker assembly was broken and caused the rocker arm to move around, smashing up the valve keepers the top of the valve, and the retainer on cylinder 3. Great. Pictures will be posted tomorrow.
I will be ordering parts from the Honda dealership tomorrow morning to be over nighted for Weds, and I'll be taking off from work on Weds (hopefully) to remove the head, fix the issue(s), and put everything back together. Planning on using the stock valve retainers, and hoping they last until I can order a new set. Until then, lets hope the valve keepers don't get pushed down a little to far, thus allowing the valve to drop into the chamber. We all know what that means......
On the other hand, after re-lashing all the other valves, any valve train noise I heard before is gone. The only noise is coming from the one rocker arm shifting around.
