I wouldn't even risk using the stock ones on a cam'd head. Dropping a valve is just too big of risk.

That's the only thing worrying me about all of this. I really wish I had some extra time to get a new set of supertechs.

Thinking that if I just take it easy, everything will be fine in it's current state. New retainers will probably ordered tonight or tomorrow, and hoping it will all be done asap.

What awg wire did you use for the tuck? I have a spool of 14 awg put I have a feeling that might be a LITTLE overkill? Heh. Is it like 18 awg on the passenger/driver harnesses?

I think I used 18 gauge...might have been 16 though.

That is what I found when setting the valve lash a few days ago. I am still in the process of getting all of the parts together.

Yes...it does

Just ordered everything I needed last night. $215 ...... well.. that includes a new clutch master cylinder ($100). It's not related to the above issue... but still is needed.

Installed the dual gauge pod cluster bezel and moved the A/f up. Yay! I can seez it now! Looks sad with a big hole in the other spot.

I bet that was making quite the chatter sound while running.

^^ Compared to what it was before re-setting the valve lash, it is now about 90% quieter. I can still hear a little noise every once in a while at certain rpms.

Got the gauge pod installed!

Also, I will definitely be going for an AEM boost gauge in order to match the A/f.

There is a guy on eBay selling CF overlays for 96-00's (could be other auctions for other gens., but I didn't check) for $16. Sweet deal, so I picked one up.

Not sure if this was mentioned yet or not, but when I get gas, the cabin of the car starts to stink like gasoline for about 10 minutes of driving. This is what I came up with to hopefully fix it. We will see what happens next time gas is put in the tank!

Lastly, a quick picture of the clutch set-up being installed...

All the parts in order to fix the head issue as well as a new clutch master cylinder will be arriving on Monday!

CF overlay installed...definitely a nice little accent to the cluster set-up.

Oh yea.. this should be installed tomorrow. The boss wants me to do a quick little install guide with it for the company, so I'll post it up here as well. (unless we already have a guide on replacing your radiator that I am not aware of)

Not sure if I want to run a slim fan or not yet... thoughts?

Why not run a slim? It'll look a lot cleaner... and I love Si clusters but the overlay just seems overkill to me.
