Just finished spraying all the rims. they'll be going on tomorrow

They came out pretty sick! better than i was expecting.. thats for sure
Pics tomorrow once they're on.

I'll be getting my schoolarship money pretty soon, sometime next month.. And i'm getting a raise at work
and I've been doing some hard core reading up on FI ever since i got the Sol.
So I decided to start piecing together a turbo set up.

Turbo - DSM 16G ~$200 (most likely a lot cheaper lol)
Boost Controler - Turbo XS Standard Boost Controller $76.50 http://www.clubcivic.com/store/turbo...sbc_p1297.html
Intercooler Kit - Comes with BOV. $219 http://www.cxracing.com/mm5/merchant...Category_Code=
Blow Off Valve - *intercooler comes with it* *Will probably get a better one tho*
Catch Can - Ebay...? ~$30 http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/HIGH-...Q5fAccessories
Fuel Pump - 255 LPH Walbro Pump $99 http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcar...pump-p-50.html
Fuel Injectors - Precision 440cc Injectors $219 http://www.phearable.net/shoppingcar...ated-p-41.html
Oil Feed Lines - Vibrant Universal Oil Feed Kit 3 feet, 4 AN male fittings?*will probably need a lot more lol* http://www.clubcivic.com/store/vibra...276_p1937.html
Exhaust - 3in Ebay..?
Plus gages/gaskets/mis. items

I'll be keeping an eye out for used stuff on the local forum/craiglist.
Gonna be asking my dad's mechanic friend to see if he can put in some Vitara/Eagle rods and OEM rings, since i need them.. lol
And i'll be there helping and learning

HP goal is ~250.
Any Ideas/Advice/Comments are welcome

Forgot a wastegate. And blow off valve and wastegate are two things I would NEVER cheap out on. Running a cheap ebay wastegate or bov is putting your engine and turbo at an unneccessary risk. Wouldn't want to have a wastegate fail and have a motor blow because the psi jumped, or have a bov not open and your turbo gets f'ed. Also to save some money on injectors pick up a set of dsm blue tops, cost like $50 with a resistor box on craigs, cheap way to have 440s. 3 inch exhaust might be a little excessive but can't really hurt, 2.5" would be fine, not like 250 whp is huge power. Also you'll need a turbo manifold. Depending on turbo and what you do, log manifolds are usually your best bet for lower whp goals. Logs are less prone to cracking but can restrict power in high hp setups. But I love the look of ram horn manifolds, they crack a lot more but flow really well, so personaly I'd just keep buying them after they crack cause they look awesome lol. And I wouldn't consider the Walboro completely necessary, stock fuel pump should hold up fine at 250, might burn out a lil quicker than it should, but it's going to be fueling 250 whp all the time, only when at full boost, so the stock should be fine.

And the biggest thing you forgot was a tune, basemaps from Phearable are awesome, but still be pricey for a dyno tune.

Thanks for the advice scott!.

oops forgot to post the manifold (copied and pasted this from a notepad lol)
I'll be using a log cast iron T3 manifold from ebay with an adapter plate to fit the DSM 16G.

I too love the way the ram manifolds look! But a guy on the local forum has had 2 of them crack within 3 weeks. Im not down to spend that much money..lol
But a high quality ram should last longer i suppose..

The DSM big 16G is internally wastegated so i'll probably be using that, along with a boost controler.
And yeah Im looking for a nice BOV. might go with hks SSQV. not sure yet. do you recommend any?
And yeah I'll be getting a basemap from Pherable, and getting it tunned at IVM(Infinite Velocity Motorsports) the "best" local tunner shop here. (or so everyone here claims).

HKS ssqv is my bov of choice. Easy to find used, great sound, and reliable. I like Blitz too, but not too fond of GReddy bovs. And for manifolds a good company is Love Fab. They lifetime warranty their manifolds. I had a Love Fab ss ram horn I got in a trade, and they are realllllly nice, the welds are amazing, and with a lifetime you can't go wrong. Their mini ram horns look sick too. But their manifolds have quite the price tag though.
