Finally felt like working on the car.
Weather is still a mess, Its raining one day, next day its 45MPH+ winds, next is 70*...sucks.

Today i took down my exhaust that way i could see exactly what piping bends i will need to buy... Hopefully tomorrow after class.
It seems like it shouldn't be too difficult. The part that im expecting to be the most difficult out of all this, is the bend that goes over the axle.

So i haven't had an update in a while.. Weather is still wack.
Its been raining for a like a week now..

But I FINALLY got my exhaust done and hooked up and all.
No pictures of it yet, But hopefully soon.. along with a sound clip
It sounds AMAZING ... Well when its idleing it sounds perfect. (havent heard it under load) Cant wait to hear it while cruising.

I also got my 255 LPH fuel pump.
and RC 440 Injectors Just got them today lol.

Now all i really need is... small things, like a filter for my turbo & catch can...
and put some air in my tire

BTW, does anybody have the little air compressor/battery starter thing from harbor freight?
its like 50 bucks right now... Not sure if i want to pick that up or just a cheaper air compressor lol. they come in handy for blowing up rafts and boats in the summer

I put the 255 lph fuel pump in today after having it just sit there for weeks lol.
Probably gonna do my smog test before i get it tunned. Its due in august.
But the smog test is good for 3 months..HOPEFULLY IT PASSES. =[
lol

So I'll be ordering a cat converter this week.
I was originally just gonna throw the stock exhaust on and get it tested.. but eh.

FINALLY BOOSTED!
Got tunned to 7-8 pounds yesterday morning.
Everything went pretty smooth, I just needed to get 1 step cooler plugs instead of 2 steps. Engine held together.
I LOVE the way it feels and sounds. Pretty good for my first time doing any of this.

Exhaust sounds very good. Im happy with it.
Almost as quiet as a stock exhaust while cruising, and when you get on it its a nice deep sound, you still hear the engine and turbo spooling on top of the exhaust.
I'll have sound clips soon...

Its a blast to drive. Cant wait for winter so i can build my engine and up the boost.
Im already addicted

Yeah next on the list is mud flaps, a lip, and stock fenders.
Yeah G20's are nice cars, If only they were a little lighter. they weight close to 3,000 lbs.
