Blox lca suck, especially if your car is dumped. Mine was low as ****, and the bushingsin the Blox lca didn't last at all, probably got 6 monthes out of em til they started to to tear. The bushing on one side that holds the strut in took a total dump and just gave out, so it clunks over bumps because the metal inside where the bolt passes through hits the lca. Put out the money for some Skunk2, or even better, Function7. I have to put out more money now to fix a mistake I made. A lot of people will agree with how much they suck, cvcrcr is on his second set of bushings and his are already ripping.

Good to know. My friends all run really crappy stuff, so I never really get hands on advice about it.

there is a guy selling some skunk2 LCA's as well as the skunk 2 struts in bakersfield that I might hit up if he still has them.

Even if the Skunk2 bushings are bad GET THEM. Skunk2 came out with new bushings, I think there are 7 notches in them, and you can get the whole set for like $20 from a vendor on ht. These new bushings are supposed to last a really long time.

Well,

Just got a giant check in the mail for car parts thanks to the California School system.

Hopefully ordering my skunk2 pro-s II's tomorrow. I was going to get them from JHPUSA.com and pick them up when I am in LA this weekend, but then decided I didn't want to pay sales tax.

Found them for the same price on tunercivic.com in PA..and they have free shipping. But, they are out of stock so they are drop shipping them from Skunk2 (in LA) for free. So thats good. Saved me about 80 bucks in taxes.

Still cannot decided between the Function 7's and the Skunk2 LCA's. I am leaning towards the function7's, but they all seem to be on backorder. I should get a bunch of emails back tomorrow with status update. If I can get them quick, I will be getting them, if not skunk2's it is.

That is all. Real updates next week with some pictures

Install this weekend along with headgasket, timing belt, valve adjustment, waterpump, sparkplugs so on and so forth.

Bought my setup from Tunersports.com. Definitely the best online retailer for car parts I have ever dealt with. Superfast email response and easy to work with. Ordered my parts on Friday afternoon and got my coilovers monday and my LCA's today....with free shipping.
