Default catalytic converter on exaust manifold

I have a D16 y7. I was told that i needed a new catalytic converter. The catalytic converter is attached to the exaust manifolds. I was wanting to buy headers anyway so this works out good. I was wanting to know if i bought headers would i have to buy a new catalytic converter which goes on the bottom of the car so i can pass emissions. Thank you any help would be nice

Actually, if you check out procivic.com they have available a high flow header and cat by magnaflow, but it set up just like the oem exhaust manifold and cat. It's not Carb legal, but I guess since you didn't specify it I figured you weren't in cali.

Heres the link
