PROBLEM FIXED..........
i ended up plugen the front o2 hole and welded in a o2 bung and removed the extended wires and just soldered it back together...
and so far i drove it around the block and SO FAR no CEL light [8D]

HOPEFULLY it will STAY OFF!!!!!

tho i was shocked at how much the muffler shop charged just for that bung and plug!!!!!!! ruffly 8bucks for just those 2 things!!!!! kinda high!...... BUT when ya need it ya need it

 

what kind of header is it??????
the weird thing is that i got the megan headers and they did come with the 2 o2 sensor holes i pluged both of those in and now my car idles really low and the engine light came on...
so i was thinking if it was the second o2 sensor because i had the same problem before where it would idle really low and sometimes even shut off. so i replaced the top sensor, the problems stopped and the check engine light turned on and now the same thing again after i put my header on.
any suggestions?

 

pluged both of them up.....
you should at least need one of them for your stock o2 sensor!
i believe mine was to fit a DX or what ever due to the EX having the cat behind the pipes, which is why the only o2 sensor was uptop....

i have no clue what brand it is BUT i know its cheap crap.LMFAO
the chrome turned yellow with in a 15min drive!!!!!!!!! YUCK...........
and now i have a kinda ugly steel plug... also a welded in plug in the rear BUT ya cannt see that part at least.LOL

if the header gets any worse in color ill probably pull em and paint em with some caliper spray paint. i used the brush on caliper paint where i welded it just to try and make sure it doesnt rust thru!

i guess my error was either my wires have a break somewhere OR if it mounted infront just had to much heat or not enough air flow...
but at least mines all fixed now

light still stayen off so thats good !!!!!!!!!
