A while back i backed into a car and kinda ruffled the clear coat on my bumper. I didn't have the money to get it fixed (or at least i didn't think i did) so i didn't worry too much about it. Tonight, i tried debadging my car. When i used the goo gone and alcohol on my bumper, again, some of my clear coat started peeling up. This is at a different spot than the original "ruffling". Is there a way i can fix this myself without having to head to a body shop?

 

you could wet sand it down. Prime it and repaint it. Then put a layer or two of clear coat.
