Default help identifying please

hey everone. i found this picture on another site, and was wondering what rims and size this car has? can anyone tell by the picture? also, what hood does it have? and lastly, does it have some kind of bumper kit, lip or different bumpers? and side skirts? ill post a pic of mine when i get a chance. not much to mine, but i think it is lower than stock to ground and if i show you guys maybe you can help let me know if it is or not. thanks

that is the car i am wondering about the rims and hood and possible body kit on?

Looks like it's jacked up on 17s with a pretty aggressive lip kit on stock bumpers.

jacked up like the car is lifted it for more ground clearence? and any idea what style lip kit that is? i really like it.
