Ebay ftw, theres no way it would cost $1000 for one freaking fender. Where did you go? The dealership or just a body shop? Get one off ebay and if you have the patience and maybe a little bit of experience paint it yourself, get your Paint # and get a can from Autozone or sometihng, then just prime, paint, clear coat and take your time. And then have yourself a beer

places around this area are shiit since not many ppl are into car modification let alone imports..........they all overprice the shiit outa everything........anything off cape will be cheaper

 

well if u went to a body shop and told them u just wanted a fender painted it would be alot cheaper but the fender won't match the rest of the car. So usually bodyshops will blend it into the hood and front bumper and door. That takes time and body shops usually are over 50 an hour. That does seem expensive but good quality paint jobs are expensive.
