i dont think that they mean aston martins, but theyll look out more for riced out civics, integras, the vehicles that attract attention due to the loud fart cans and high spoilers....and most aston martin owners are middle aged older men that dont street race.. if they see a younger face behind the wheel thatll be more suspective of being a "street racer"

Ok i understand for racing like an idiot deems your car taken away however...
Whats to say that an aston martin can be crushed by simply cruising around town?
It wont go far. This is too much of an extreme and the general public in any counrty never approves 100% on wacko liberal extremists. Dont believe me? Study Western Civilization history in college and try to prove me wrong.

1. Big wings
2. Louder exhaust
3. Aftermarket wheel companies supply their rims(Rota and OZ Racing)
4. Lowered stance
5. 4 psiton aftermarket branded brakes
I have talk to more than a few in Cali that are complaining about being messed with by the CHP for these cars WHEN THEY ARE STOCK
In the end though I could care less because let a state do that to me, people do not know there are lobbiest, lawyers, and many others that will make a big scene about this stuff if somebody wanted to push it far enough. It is unlawfull for a state to say you can not do modifications to your car, now they can say it has to meet certain sound, and emmisions critearea's but if a part is labled 50 state legal and carb approved in Cali then nothing they can do about it.
As far as Canada IDK, different place, different rules.
