She probably didn't want to contact her insurance co. because shes probably been in so many accidents that if she gets into one more the insurance co. will probably drop her coverage. Sucks for her but maybe it will teach her to drive more responsibly!

Haha, I dont think so. parts are a little more expensive. For example, I got hit about a month ago by some dumb bitch. She ran a red light and t-boned me! Get this, she didnt have a valid drivers licsense, she had expired tags, no proof of ownership to the car, and no insurance. Her name was "Queen Ester" ! Wtf kinda name is that! She was driving some old p.o.s. . Then she had the nerve and started complaining that her neck hurt! She kept complaing to the cop about random crap that 'I' somehow caused (the nerve, she should have gone to jail) and the cop finally told her "Shut the **** up ma'am!". It was hilarious. The not so funny part was that she destroyed my back left door. I have to pay for it, can you believe that? I got a qoute on it, $1500 to fix the damn thing minus paint.

 

hahahah Queen Ester. That sucks bout the accident tho. Would your insurance not pay for it, or do you not have insurance?

 

SMALL CLAIMS COURT. itll be a bitch to get the money from her, but at least then itll follow her around for a long time, and her wages can get garnished.

 

I have state farm but my plan doesnt cover that kinda thing. For example if i have my car parked somewhere and some dude hit it and drove off, i couldnt get it fixed. My stepfather is a lawyer, I looked into it and he said by the time you would have gotten your money back, I would have spent more money on it (i.e. skipping work etc). And this woman "Queen Ester" like shes got 1500 to shell out.
