Plus, at the right angle, he looks like a dead turtle.

Now that being said McCain is also evil, but he's the lesser of the two.

P.S. Palin is hot, but that's beyond hte point.
The 2nd Amendment. Always a favorite for the right wing. Personally I am a big supporter of the 2nd Amendment. However, I know that the 2nd Amendment is not the only amendment/right that matters. Alot of right wingers/republicans talk about how Obama will kill the 2nd Amendment. My question is what about the rest of the amendments in the bill of rights? The 4th Amendment as well as Habeas Corpus has been destroyed by the Bush administration. Where is the uproar from the right? As long as you have your guns, your alright.

As far as Palin's hotness is concerned, she is hot but has one of the most annoying voices I've ever heard.

lets get it straight. According to National Tax Policy Center, Obama's tax cuts will increase the after income tax by 5%. And McCain's tax cuts will increase it by 3%. If you look at it, there is not much of a difference between the two candidate in their tax cut plan.

So any republican that follows their party's lies and shout the "democrats wants to increase tax" better look at their own candidate's plans.

The idea is of taxing the rich is perfect. Because of Bush those idiots are the one enjoying it because they all have a big tax cut. Face the fact, the majority of this country is middle class. First priority goes to the working class.

Here is the break down

RFID tags are being put in new passports (started in 06). How do you feel about that?
Another thing about that is, Obama isn't even against gun rights. He doesn't want to ban them, he just wants to have tighter regulation and better background checks to keep them out of the hands of criminals. Regardless of whether it would work or not, the point is, he doesn't want to ban guns.
Anyone who says he does is very misinformed. Anyone who is voting for McCain is probably misinformed on most of the candidates platforms.

Trust, this is an awfully difficult comment to counter. Take your time to develop a good rebuttal.

AAaah see.. here's where the point falls apart... to keep them out of the hands of criminals...

Criminals dont go to a gun store/broker/dealer/whatever to buy one ! They go out and buy them illegally to begin with or steal them. WHy do they care how "regulated" the gun purchasing system is ??
The only thing tightening gun regs does, is make it harder for those of us who ARE lawful owners/collectors/whatever, to actually purchase them.

Just figured I'd throw my 5cents in the pot

Yeah, I agree that this is a very tricky issue. Nonetheless, Obama's plan may reduce the chances of guns falling into the wrong hands. What is McCain's plan to address this important issue?

You are completely taking what I said out of context and have ignored my reason for bringing it up.
My point was: "Regardless of whether it would work or not, the point is, he doesn't want to ban guns."

People assume he wants to ban guns just because he's a Democrat. This assumption is definitely not true.

And, assuming you are legally allowed to own a gun, it will not make it any harder for you.
Secondarily, why does it matter if it's just a little harder? It's not like you're buying guns all the time. I could see a problem if they made gasoline harder to purchase, but are guns really in high demand? no.
