Not up to us to decide. I'd still just make it a one suit fits all. Sell it and face the ultimate consequence.

Roto, you have very emotional, gut responses to problems. Most people would understand this response; however, some of your reactions if implemented would worsen rather than improve problems. If our society is to move forward rather than backward, we need to address underlying root causes of problems as opposed to their outcomes.

More people get hurt by alcohol. Is it illegal?

Ron,

I lived in places like Kensington and Olney in Philly. Some worse places too. The root problem is that there's a large part of the population that is not willing to TRY. All they know is that they can take what isn't secured enough and than spend it on dope or hookers. I can't get blunter than that. Solving the problem of that part of the population... that's not happening ANY time soon. I do go by my emotions often and I will say it how it is in my eyes. My friend died over drugs and a girl I cared greatly for was raped and nothing was done about it. My car was broken into a number of times and I was robed at runpoint once. I have a little girl growing up and I don't want to see her growing up with the same bull**** I had to grow up with. If it means moving to Switzerland so be it.

eh... people do need something to get buzzed off of. I'll take alcohol any day over the alternatives. Just punish the drunk driver and domestic violence harsher.

It seems to me, idk if its completely right or not, that Obama has had a paid way from nothing. Being a senator or wtv to president in a heartbeat? Just seems like people have fronted him money to get him where he is so others views may be introduced through him.

Just my 2 cents.

I was raised in a poor, crime-ridden neighborhood in the Los Angeles area. I can share equally horrific stories of the bad side of human nature. Yet, you and I have evaluated the information differently. While your solution is fix the problem by crushing and killing all that appears bad, mine is to find out why bad things happen and try to prevent it at its earliest stages before damage is done. Part of the reason for my philosphy comes from the fact that, without some public assistance, I too could have easily gone down the wrong path. Instead, I have a job that I love, a good family, and I am giving back to society. Participating in this forum by trying to help people with car problems is just one of the ways I give back. I choose to stay in this country and work to make it a better place for all.

trying to fix everything at the very beginning won't show any results for generations. I see your point and I do agree to it to some extent, but I believe that sacrifices must be made if we're to get out of the craphole that we're in right now.
