OH! Not that these are the cameras you're talking about BUT good story 
Some kids that live here were driving around at night and saw a government car just sitting somewhere.......so they took the license plate off and went through red light cameras over and over and over.........at pretty high speeds too! Haha the city got pissed. Not sure how, but they got busted
