Ugh! quiting smoking!
You might wanna try switching to American Spirit cigs, they are 100% tobacco with no additives. My girlfriend quit like 4 months ago, she was smoking 2 packs a week, and switched to American spirits, they are strong enough where she would smoke half a cig then be satisfied and put it out. after about a month of those she was able to keep cutting back and then stop all together. It was her second or third try quitting.
They are about 8 dollars a pack in NY, and you can get them at most head shops or tobbacco shops. donno bout gas stations etc.

I should have updated my progress a while ago. I had my last drag off the e-cig at about 3:00am the day after St. Patrick's Day. Never did get the Nicotine Free cartridges, just tossed the ones I had back in the box and stuffed em in a drawer.
It was hard for a month or so, but after that it's been smooth sailing. I don't even think about it anymore.

congrats forty, and good luck reaper! i caught the flu some years back, and while i had it, i was unable to smoke. the instant i was off of my "deathbed", i went outside and i ended up smoking until i vomited. ever since then, cigs have tasted terrible. i guess i was fortunate. my wife was taking psychology and said that what i had experienced was a "taste aversion". try smokin til ya puke! maybe that'll fix it. worked for me. had smoked for around five years.
