Check fuel pump separately - it could just be bad. How are you diagnosing no injector pulse? No injector pulse can be a crank position sensor or the cam position sensor in the distributor. It's possible to put the distributor in 180* off, but if the car ran it's likely not it, so go check crank sensor and the wiring to it.
ok so I swapped the distributer out yesterday the car started ran fun drove about 40 miles then let it sit for 3-4 hours and again no start no power to fuel system not inj pulse or fuel pump and the cel light in on and wont go off
I did swap the distributer out again and nothing I'm finding out if the cel light goes out when I turn the key the engine will start and run it's like its in diag mode ??
I'm checking injector with a noid light and no ground signal I'm getting signal on the wht wire to the distributer but have not checked other cam/crank but not sure how the could effect the fuel system initializing ??

yes your right there from what I can tell if the check engine light does not shut off the car will not start what I don't under stand is what could be causing it and how or why does it shut down the fuel system
and I will check the signal wires when I get off to make sure or not if that's working
