1995 Civic question.

I'm about to go look at and most likely buy a 1995 Civic coupe, 100k miles.
I've seen a few pictures and just have to ask, do all 1995 civics come with no tach?

LX and EX have a tachometer. I know that DX doesn't. I'm not sure about other models.
