I didn't hear the engine cranking at all in the video.

Do the headlights turn ON?

Check for more blown fuses under the dash and hood.

Also check whether the battery connectors are tightly attached to the battery terminal. If you see any corrosion on the terminals or connectors, disconnect them and clean them thoroughly with steel wool to allow good metal-to-metal contact. Do the same for the battery negative ground wire where it connects to the body frame.

If the engine still doesn't crank, focus next on the starter motor. Check its connections for corrosion. Whack the starter with a rubber mallet and then again try to crank the engine. Finally, directly wire the starter to the battery to test whether it cranks. If not, the starter amy be bad.

 

turn it up LOUD. The starter is quieter in the background so you'll need to crank your speakers, but something is definitely turning over.

Also watch the dome light when I turn the ignition... it dims and "pulses" with the sound.

 

Okay, I turned my sound up and could hear the starter cranking the engine.

1) Turn the ignition key to ON (II). The CEL should turn ON briefly and then turn OFF. Does it stay lit?

2) Turn the ignition key to ON (II). You should hear the low humming sound of the fuel pump priming in the rear for a few seconds. Do you hear it?
