and on my car the iacv is located in front of throttle under air filter housing

 

well i changed the fuel filter distributor cap and rotor and so far seems to be fine

 

igniter is in the distributor in that car
you need to find out if it's a fuel problem or spark
the main relay is an intermittent problem some times on these civics
when you turn the key on before you start do you here a ping when your check engine light goes out ,if not good chance its the main relay also called fuel pump relay
