94 Civic Ex Idle Issues
I have a 94 for civic ex and im trying to tune the idle but it doesn't seem to affect it when I turn the idle screw up or down until I turn it all the way down to where the car wants to stall , How could I fix this amd what RPM should thr care being idling at ?
