Yeah, my 94 Si does the same thing, very occasionally. I'll start going and it starts bogging and there is a significant loss of power under a load, press the clutch and it's not noticed. It goes away pretty quickly after about half a min. of driving. I recently replaced plugs, cap and fuel filter but didn't replace the plug wires or rotor.

One thing that I do have is a very small oil leak coming from the base of the dizzy that I haven't addressed yet.
